After spending 12 years competing in track and field, then working with Olympic athletes and weekend warriors alike, I realized something: everyone's got potential that's just sitting there, untapped. Not because they're lazy or don't care, but 'cause nobody's showing them the real path forward.
So I started Aetherion Ascend in a small Vancouver warehouse space with three clients who trusted my vision. We focused on what actually works - blending high-performance training techniques with practical lifestyle changes. No BS, no shortcuts, just solid science and real effort.
